In Case You Travel plans trips that people talk about for years. Through The Globe Awaits!, our signature group journeys, we take travelers to places like Cape Town, Istanbul, Kyoto, and Victoria Falls — and they come home with new friends as well as new stamps in their passports.
We also plan custom vacations, cruises, destination celebrations, and corporate and government travel. Whatever the trip, you get a small, experienced team that handles every detail — not a call center.

Meet the Founder
Charlene Cason
Charlene’s love of travel started long before In Case You Travel. A U.S. Navy veteran who has explored more than 50 countries across six continents, she saw firsthand how travel changes the way people see the world — and themselves.
She launched In Case You Travel in 2017 with a simple belief: far-off places shouldn’t feel out of reach. Since then she has led group journeys every year and helped more than 2,400 travelers see the world. Her rule is simple — if she hasn’t experienced it firsthand, she will before you travel.
